Bumblebee Snails can differ in appearance widely but predominately have a yellow base colour with black stripes.
Because bumblebee snails are small they are fantastic for getting into small crevices and tight locations inside the rockwork.
They will eat detritus or any uneaten meaty foods.
Bumblebee snails are said to be fantastic for eating vermatid snails.
These snails will bury underneath the sand bed which will help to aerate it.
Finally Bumblebee snails should not be exposed to copper based medications, high nitrates or large fluctuations in water parameters.
